Repeat Prescriptions
Prescription Fees

the pillYou are able to request your repeat prescriptions by: 

  1. Using the counterfoil with details of your medication - this can be handed in or posted to the Practice at any time.
  2. Telephoning the Health Centre between the hours of 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday on 01259 742120 and selecting option 3 then option 1. 
  3. Using the form above.
  4. Using the automated prescription line on 01259 740720 at any time 24 hours a day – 7 days a week.

All prescriptions requests received after 12:30pm will not be issued until the next working day. Unless otherwise requested all prescriptions are automatically sent to Lloyds Pharmacy in Dollar.

Please allow 48 hours for prescriptions to be collected from Lloyds Pharmacy. If you prefer to collect your prescriptions from the Health Centre please allow 24 hours for prescriptions before collection. Prescriptions collected from the Health Centre are available after 5:30pm on the day they are processed.

If you take regular repeat medications, please ask us about our automatic repeat prescription service.
