Patients with Disabilities or Communication Problems

Services for Disabled Patients
A large print or an audio cassette version the Practice Leaflet can be arranged. 

The Health Centre premises are suitable disabled patients. All the patient areas including waiting room, consulting rooms and toilets are suitable for wheelchairs.
 A hearing loop is in place at the front reception desk. A wheelchair is available at reception.

Designated disabled parking spaces are located nearest to the entrance to the Health Centre.

Services for Patients with Communication Problems
The language spoken by all members of the team at the practice is English. We can arrange interpreter services for patients whose do not speak or have limited English language skills. We can also arrange for sign language interpreters for those with speech difficulties.

If you wish to make use of any of these services please let a member of the team know in advance and we can arrange for them to be available at your appointment.
